Daily Rates - Daily Rates are listed/shown on our Lodging
Page and are
subject to change. Billing rates
are established at the time of a confirmed
reservation, including any/all promotional rates/packages. Issued Gift
Certificates shall be redeemed up to their clearly stated monetary
value only, regardless of listed guestroom and services. Any outstanding
balance shall be the bearers responsibility upon departure.
Reservations
All reservations must be confirmed (via Email) and held in 'Good
Faith' with a major credit card. Said credit card shall only be used for
processing payments due at time of departure or for cancellation of
confirmed reservations.
Cancellations
Reservations shall be held with a major
credit card-Visa, MasterCard,American Express,or Discover and the
provided CC information shall only be processed prior to arrival in the
event of a requested cancellation. Date changes made inside 30 days of a
confirmed reservation shall subject the reservation to an additional $25
processing charge. Inside 30 days a confirmed reservation all
cancellations are subject to a 50% service charge of stated reservation.
Inside 8 days of a confirmed reservation all cancellations are subject
to a 100% service charge of stated reservation, including all previously
confirmed guest services (dinners, etc...). Please note
that any confirmed Multiple-Room or a "Holiday" resevation
made (including the entire weeks around Thanksgiving, Christmas,and New
Year's) which are later cancelled at anytime, shall also be subject to a
100% service charge of the stated reservation. Please call or email us
back for any further questions or clarification.
Arrival time is 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Prior arrangements MUST be made
for early and/or late arrivals. We serve a plated (sit down) breakfast daily
at 9AM for all guests, unless prior arrangements have been
agreed to. Please let us know in advance should anyone in your
party have diet restrictions which we may reasonably plan for or discuss with
you further. Check-out is by 11AM.
Check In / Check Out
Our standard arrival time period is from 3p - 6p. Arrivals outside said period may be arranged with advance notice. Departure is by 11a. Exceptions must be mutually arranged prior to departure date and may be subject final billing to additional holdover charges of $25 hourly.
Pets
Single pets are allowed midweek (Sunday -
Thursday) and only within one of our deluxe guest suites or cabin with
private entries.
There is an additional $25 per night
surcharge for such accommodations.
A pet carrier must accompany the pet for
sleeping arrangements (not allowed on furniture).
The pet may not be left in a guestroom
unattended at anytime.
Any exceptions and pet lodging approval must be made prior to arrival.
Smoking
Meadow Creek is a smoke-free establishment. Because we live in a high fire-risk area, we have provided receptacles for the proper disposal of
cigarettes, cigars and pipe tobacco around the Lodge,
Honeymoon Cabin, and Pavilion entries and their deck/patio areas.
