ONGOING EVENTS -
Yoga at Meadow Creek
Monday/Wednesday Mornings --9:00-10:00am
Active yoga classes are being offered at Meadow Creek on Mondays/Wednesdays 9am - 10am, beginning Monday October 21. $10 drop in, or $90 for a 10 class punch card.
Classes have benefits for everyone - from the beginner to the elite athlete. Classes are distinctively designed to create a foundation for healing chronic spinal pain, reduce stress, strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and body awareness. Classes will be fusing yoga with foundation training (www.foundationroots.com) and structural architecture and alignment (www.gokhalemethod.com). Learn how to take charge of your body, and your ability to stay in the game called “life” feeling youthful and healthy in mind, body and spirit! Yoga is an age re-winder on so many levels!
Wednesday, April 22, at 6:30 pm, we will hold the final class for "Platte Canyon University" for this semester. We hope to begin another session with practical topics of local interest in October 2015.
We are excited have local guide and published author, Duane Redford facilitate a class on fly fishing. He is very skilled and entertaining. His presentation is sure to be fun and informative. He will have tips and techniques for the beginner as well as for the seasoned and experienced fisherman.
Presented by Duane Redford in the Canyon Room of Fitzsimmons Middle School in Bailey, Colorado.
